(More customer reviews)I love my pan, but it is definately not non-stick. You do need to lightly oil it, or use parchment paper, but is durable, functional, beautiful, and does not have that nasty non-stick coating that's so bad for you. My asthmatic son does not do well with non-stick being used in the house at all - it gives off fumes, let alone what peels off into your food. Stainless Steel or glass is much safer and healthier.
It's dishwasher safe, but if you get a lot of food stuck on it, just soak it first. If it gets a little baked on oil, or other stain, just clean it off gently with a little baking soda and water on a sponge or paper towel.
