Waring Pro BFS50B Professional Buffet Server and Warming Tray Review

Waring Pro BFS50B Professional Buffet Server and Warming Tray

The Waring Pro Professional Buffet Server looks great, is very well made, and works exactly as I would expect "professional" equipment to perform. We bought 4 of these units directly from Waring for use when hosting events requiring food at our small business, but also use them 1 or 2 at a time when we have family gatherings or parties.
I really like that the unit is modular, it can be used as a standalone griddle or with the "frame" to hold 1 to 3 of the individual 2.5 quart serving sections. Each of the serving sections also comes with a see-through polycarbonate cover with a slot to accommodate a serving utensil, my only observation is that the covers do tend to get fogged up fairly easily but not sure there is anything that could be done about that though.
A really solid piece of food service equipment! Highly Recommended!

I really like the modern look of this dip chiller, and because its white it fits into any decor or event you use it for. The lid is very useful, its hard to find dip chillers that come with lids.

Rival RO1801BR-S Stainless Steel Oval Roaster Oven Review

Rival RO1801BR-S Stainless Steel Oval Roaster Oven
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I used my new roaster for the first time today on a small prime rib roast. The roast cooked in less than 90 minutes and came out just right with no effort. The roaster is simple to use & clean-up was a breeze. I was really excited to read the enclosed pamphlet, and learn of so many other applications for this roaster! My entire intention was to use it for large meats on occasions when I need my oven for side dishes. I will be steaming veggies, baking potatoes & other goodies, and I can't wait to use it as a warm-dish buffet on Christmas (after we pull the prime ribe out) when I have a house full of people!
I had no issue with unsafe or injurious steam release, as per the previous review. However, I did not "steam" my roast. I would recommend that when using steam for cooking, in ANY venue, you use general caution with hand & face placement, and of course always use a pot holder or oven mit - it seems to work fine for me, as I've never aquired a steam injury, thankfully.
I enjoy having this roaster so much in fact, that my mother will be receiving one for Christmas!

Crock-Pot SCRBC750-BS Trio Slow-Cooker Server Review

Crock-Pot SCRBC750-BS Trio Slow-Cooker Server

We bought this cooker for a Christmas party. It is awesome. We used it to cook a couple of things and to warm the food items for the party. We ended up using it several more times and continue to look for ways to use it. I recommend it for anyone who like to entertain or has a large family.

Ideal for holiday entertaining, buffet-style dinner parties, or other social occasions, this triple slow-cooker server features three 2-1/2-quart pots for cooking up anything from vegetarian chili, lentil soup, and beef stew to tuna-noodle casserole, chicken curry, and more. Three separate control knobs make it easy to independently adjust the heat from low to high or warm temperature settings for each pot. The unit's round-shaped, stoneware cooking pots can be used to cook and serve a main dish in one and two side dishes in the others, can be removed from their heating base for use as serving dishes at the dining-room table, or can be used to store leftovers, once cooled down, in the refrigerator for later, all of which means less dirty pots and pans filling the sink at the end of the day. Three serving spoons and matching glass lids with stay-cool knobs come included. Other highlights include individual spoon notches, integrated side handles on the removable pots, stay-cool integrated side handles on the heating base, a stainless-steel/black hybrid finish, and six feet that lift the serving unit up, keeping tables or countertop surfaces safe from the heat. The slow-cooker server measures approximately 9-8/9 by 35-1/2 by 13-4/5 inches.
