Yet, this book has changed my outlook on low-fat eating. The recipes are simple and delicious. You can really serve them at a party. They give great nutritional info with each recipe. As you read through the book you'll be surprised at how enticing low-fat can be. Try the Lemon Chicken and the Leek Soup - Mmm...Mmmm.
