(More customer reviews)I bought this to grate my Parmesan Cheese. What a wonderful product. The wheels will finely grate, shred,or shave slices. I'm sure it would be able to grate/shave cold chocolate pieces.
NOTE: To remove the wheels for washing, I cover my fingers with a wash cloth while turning the handle. Don't think it would cut me, but better safe than sorry.

(More customer reviews)I gave this masher 5 stars, because it is not just nice looking and good quality product, but it also does job easy and fast that leaves potato hot. But if you like your potato to be silky smooth, you have to finish the job with perforated masher. Recommended.
