Progressive International Stainless Steel Portion Scoop Review

(More customer reviews)An excellent size for baking but useless for ice cream. First time I used the scoop to serve ice cream the semicircle that should clear the ice cream from the scoop pivoted out of position and stayed there. I was able to push it back with my thumb. I wouldn't use with anything heavier than cookie dough.
