(More customer reviews)I can't say enough how much I love this sifter. I bake large amounts of bread and cakes and nut rolls and always had to fill the little sifters over and over. I wanted one like my mom had (it dissappeared) and finally got one. I have had 3 already that have rusted on me. This is stainless steel, beautiful screen, and a crank not a squeeze handle which is miserable for people with arthritis. This one will not rust out!! It is a beautiful addition to my bakeware. I would give this item 10 stars if I could.
