I use many types of rice and all are cooked to perfection, even the blended rice assortments with 4 or more different rice types. It is easy to use and does not require any monitoring during the cooking process. It literally is a fill it up and turn it on product and enjoy the finished rice! I haven't used it for anything other than rice, but if I only use it for rice, it is worth the price.
